Ingredients to make Besan ka Ladoo

  • 20gms Semolina
  • 20gms chopped almonds
  • 60gm ghee
  • 100gm Gram Flour
  • ½ teaspoon castor sugar
  • 90gm castor sugar

Method to prepare Besan ka Ladoo

Set your pan on the high flame and pour ghee in it. Wait until ghee gets melt, later slow the flame to medium. Now start adding your ingredients to it. Begin with sugar, almonds, gram flour, semolina, cardamom, and a bit of color. Mix all the ingredients well. Once everything gets nicely mix, close the flame, and put the pan aside by covering a lid on top of it.

Let the pan cool down for an hour or two. Once it is cool down, start making Ladoo with your hand. Take a small portion of the mixture and roll them into balls.

Rub a drop of ghee on your hands, so the mixture will not stick on your hands. Also, it will get a nice round & smooth shape.

Now Besan ka Ladoo has ready, serve them instantly and enjoy it with your family.
